Here you'll find useful information about the salon. If you have any other questions though, just give us a call or send us an email via our contact page. Appointment Policy We endeavour to run on time for our guests and ask that you respect our time as well. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened if there are appointments booked after you, however you will be charged the full treatment cost. We understand that you may need to cancel your appointment occasionally. We keep a waiting list of guests just hoping for this event! To be fair to other guests and to enable us to fill the appointment, 24 hours notice is required. 50% of the scheduled treatment cost may be charged if you fail to give the required notice. Appointment Reservations Credit card details are required to reserve all appointments valued at $80 or more. Alternatively, if you don't have a credit card or choose not to give us your credit card details, treatments can be pre-paid in person. Answering Machine Our answering machine is always available outside salon hours. If you do ring during salon hours and we do not answer

To ensure you enjoy the full value of your treatment, we ask you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. For the courtesy of others as well as for your own benefit, we request that noise is kept to a minimum. Please lower the volume of your mobile phone or switch it off. If you need to bring children please bring something to occupy them as it's a boring place to be when you are a kid! Customised Gift Certificates Whatever the occasion, we can create the ideal gift. Call us with your credit card details and we'll send a personalised gift certificate in a presentation box. Parking Limited parking is available on Queen Street. A public car park is also available behind Skinovations - enter from Gidley Street. |
